Old vs. young

A poem about appreciating 'past pleasures.'

The world is growing up,

we are forgetting about the past pleasures,

in order to keep up with the rest,

so keep in touch with the old and the new,

show you still care about the old things,

do something old that you haven’t done for a while,

it could involve talking to some old friends you haven’t talked to in a while or do something with the family or play a game,

so don’t forget the old for the new,

try to bring the old in with the new.

This week TRY to do something old or talk to someone you haven’t in awhile,

prove you will never forget the old for the new,

prove that you will not be one of the same and rush to the new and forget the old,

prove that you can be unique and go to the new while bringing the old with you.
