A simple and cheap way to love your body!

- Set aside at least one night a week when you know that your home will be quiet and relaxing.
- Run a big bubbly bath and hop in or have a long, hot shower.
- Dry up and massage a good moisturiser into your skin, from your ear lobes to your toes and all the bits in between. Pay special attention to any dry skin. Not only will you build up a better relationship with your beautiful body but your skin will be soft and smell good!
- Put on comfy pyjamas and pour yourself a cup of chamomile tea. Let it brew for a while and sip.
- You can also use the wet chamomile teabag for your eyes afterwards, so as to soothe and relax them. Just place a teabag on each eye for a few minutes and wipe dry with some tissue afterwards. Now, enjoy your relaxed mood.
- Tell your body that you love it and thank it for all the work it has done today.
- Retire to your cot and ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz. Not only will it relax you to have a great night’s sleep, but it will also act as a cheap beauty treatment and will make you look and feel lovely!
