What is the G-Spot?
The G-Spot is an area located in the front wall of the vagina of women and the prostate gland of men. This area is supposed to be very responsive to sexual stimulation. In women, the G-Spot is located near the bladder and urethra. The female G-Spot has been dubbed the female prostate.
When the G-Spot is stimulated in women, some report that they lose fluid from their vagina. This is known as female ejaculation. There is debate about this substance too, with some docs stating that it is fluid from the prostate gland and others stating that it is urine from the urethra.
The G-Spot is named after the German gynaecologist Ernst Grafenbreg.
Does it really exist?
There has been a lot of controversy regarding the G-Spot. Some researchers firmly believe in it, while other researchers have not found evidence of it. In fact, some scientists worry that it puts pressure on people who either cannot find their G-Spot or who find that stimulating the area does nothing for them.
How to find it?
- First don’t worry about finding your G-Spot or make a big deal of it. The G-Spot is not the be-all-end-all. As with all bedroom activities, it sends some people to the moon and does nothing for others. So relax and give it a go sure, but don’t stress about it.
- It may seem obvious, but try to locate your G-Spot when you are turned on. The G-Spot area is said to swell when a person is aroused and so this makes locating it easier
- Give sex toys a go. There are some toys that are designed specifically to stimulate the G-Spot.
- Ladies don’t worry if you feel like you have to pee. Stimulation of the G-Spot in women very often gives this sensation. Just put a towel underneath you and you’re good to go.
- Practice makes perfect. If you can’t seem to find you G-Spot, give it a few tries before giving up.
- If it does nothing for you, don’t worry. Many people find G-Spot stimulation is not for them.
