Counsellingdirectory.ie is Ireland's first online independent directory of psychotherapists and counsellors all around the country. You can log on to the site and find counsellors in your area, along with their special area of interest such as eating disorders, addiction, depression, bereavement etc. This way you can see someone who is well versed in whatever issue you are trying to deal with. The website also provides info on the general counselling process, via a series of videos.
