Learn how to deal with stress once and for all.

Stress is something that affects everyone to varying degrees. Some common signs include worrying, poor sleep, drinking too much, feeling angry, tearful or irritable. Sound familiar?

 

There's an exciting new morning course open to all adults (over 18’s) in Ballymun. The course aims to provide people with information and skills needed to cope with stress in their lives. Everyone who attends is welcome to bring along partners, friends or family members for support. Full details below.
