Sick of distorted body images

Take part in some important research to change things!

Bodywhys are currently on the look out for people willing to take part in a research trial. The trial aims to suss out the effectiveness of a new online mental health tool called ‘SeeMySelf’, which is focused on body image and self esteem.

The programme consists of six modules, which participants complete in their own time, over six to eight weeks. Each module contains text, video, audio clips, activities and quizzes. Each participant is also assigned an online support worker who assesses your progress with each module.

All the information that you share will be kept in strict confidence.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who is over 18 and has regular access to the Internet can apply to take part in this study.
Participants who have health difficulties associated with computer use (such as epilepsy), cannot take part.
