Simple changes to reduce fat in your diet.

2-3 cream biscuits each day 1 apple or other fruit  

1oz full fat spread
or butter each day

1oz low fat spread or low fat butter  
oil used in cooking measure out 1 teaspoon instead of pouring  
deep fat fried chips oven chips/baked potato  
frying grilling/baking/poaching  
       
ordinary mince lean mince  
full fat dairy products low fat dairy products
