Buy standard sized bags of crisps, instead of super sized bag or go for a healthy snack instead.

 

Scones are a healthier option than sticky pastries.

Swap white bread for brown bread and add lots of tasty salad. 

 

Half a pizza with a helping of salad can be just as satisfying as scoffing the whole pizza.
