Lunch 1:

500mls soft drink: 215 kcals - 0g fat
40g bag of crisps:  230 kcals - 15.4g fat
3 slices bread : 225 kcals - 1.5g fat
2 pats butter: 120 kcals - 14g fat
2 slices meat (60g): 77 kcals - 2.6g fat
