If you are in crisis and need support or someone to talk to right now, Samaritans is there for you no matter where you are or what age you are.  Samaritans provides confidential, non-judgemental support, 24 hours a day for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

You can talk to Samaritans about anything that you are going through in life – no matter how big or small the problem or worry is – it’s always better to talk to someone about how you are feeling.

  • Loss, including loss of a job, a friend or a family member through bereavement.
  • Financial worries.
  • Job-related stress or overwork.
  • College or study related stress.
  • Body image issues.
