Drinking problems and alcoholism are sadly pretty common, so many of us will have to deal with this issue at some stage. Often times, the problem is not with our own drinking though, but with our family and friend’s drinking habits.
If you live with or are close to someone with a drinking problem, it can be extremely stressful. You may feel scared, upset, angry and anxious. You may also spend a lot of your time trying to help or control the drinker in your life.
