Alcohol diary

Keep track of your drinking.

Life is busy out for most of us, so when we get a chance to relax, that often means drinking alcohol. However, we usually don’t stop to think about how much we are consuming in a night, let alone in a week. Alcohol is fine in moderation, but if taken in excess it can do scary things to your liver and general health.

It’s not easy to keep track of your drinking though. Especially if you don’t usually keep a diary or write things down.

If you are looking to assess your alcohol habit though, you really need to know how much you drink in a typical week. So drugs.ie has now published an online alcohol diary where you can record how much you drink.

On the alcohol diary you simply keep a note of the number of standard drinks (spunout link to standard drink info) you have consumed each day. You then add up the total number of standard drinks you have had for the week.
