The big launch!

After 2 years of development, SpunOut.ie was finally launched on May 4th making Ballyshannon the youth media capital of Ireland!

The launch was amazing! Thanks to all who came and all who supported us in any and every way! There was about 100 people packed into the Tir Hugh Centre in Ballyshannon for drinks, chat and displays followed by presentations, a live video stream from Galway and the big website launch boomed up on a big screen. The mega SpunOut.ie promo clip also went down a treat!

Our offices - 'The Beehive' at Allingham House were then jam packed with students, family, friends and supporters for tons of lovely lovely healthy food (cheers Catherina!) and 2 brilliant rock bands playing in the back garden. What a day! 

So it's back to work - time to get SpunOut.ie promoted and developed. If you can get involved  in any way please do! We need writers, designers, promoters and funders. Especially funders as we're running out of money fast!
