Message from the See Change campaign:

Hello Spunoutters!!!

Today we are letting you know about See Change. See Change is a national campaign, which brings together a variety of organisations around the island to promote positive mental health and work on the stigma surrounding mental ill health. SpunOut has hopped on board this campaign also.

See Change wants an Ireland where there is an open and understanding attitude towards mental illness. To really get things going, it wants to hear YOUR ideas on how to raise awareness and get this campaign train rolling. So, See Change is running a competition to raise awareness and get some great ideas and slogans.

To enter, send:

A short, memorable and positive slogan to the Irish public calling for change in attitudes towards mental health.

OR

Submit an idea to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health problems.


You could win:

€5000 in cold, hard cash!
