Festival of World Cultures 2010
Wanna get involved with this big fest?
Have you got a qualification or past experience in lighting, sound or any area of festival production? Are you looking for a foot in the door?
If so, the Festival of World Cultures 2010 need you!!!!!!
Be part of one of Europe’s biggest festivals with over 160 events in 40 venues!
By giving a couple of days out of your summer, the peeps here at Festival of World Cultures can offer you just that. With over 250,000 people attending last year, the festival is growing fast and your talents are needed to make it work.
Technical volunteers will be given a chance to work alongside some great names and also a chance to network throughout the festival and at an exclusive after hours club where you can relax with a few complimentary beers.
Many past volunteers have landed great jobs days after the festival based purely on their efforts over the festival.
So if you have experience or training even if it is just at entry level, in any of the following, please get in touch:
- Lighting
- Sound
- TV/Film Production
- Back Line set up
- Technical Theatre
- LX and FX boards
- LX rigging and stage management
- Set design and dressing
- Engineering
- General stage and festival production
The festival runs from Friday 23rd to 25th July, but in certain cases volunteers might be asked to help out in the lead up to the festival.
