Walk out, walk on

Social change with some swagger!

Walk out Walk on is the story of an emerging movement of pioneering leaders and communities who are self-organising to create healthy and resilient communities around the world. Walk Outs are people who choose to leave behind limited resources, corrupt political systems and insurmountable problems. These people move on to positive ideas, beliefs and practices that allows them to make real changes in their communities and the world.

The Walk Out Walk On movement aims to encourage real change in the world and to show people how others have done it. The movement started with a book by authors Meg Wheatley and Deborah Frieze. The book is called Walk Out Walk On and it traces the stories of seven communities around the world and details how innovators within these communities walked on and created positive changes.

The movement promotes global activism and holds events around the world. There are two upcoming Walk out Walk on events in Ireland.
