Amnesty International was founded in 1961 with the aim of helping to support and advocate for human rights. Amnesty now has branches all over the world and various chapters of each branch also. One of these chapters is their Youth Action Group.

Today, SpunOut.ie chats to two young people and hears what they have to say about how YOU can get involved and make a difference.
