We have all done something special in our lives that we are proud of and NOW is the chance to share it. It could be...

• You are the only person in your family to go to college
• You quit a job or course that had you mad stressing
• You ran a charity marathon
• You took a big trip somewhere new and different
• You're learning to forgive someone important in your life
• You've decided to stop being so hard on yourself 
• You've decided to get involved in your community
• You...

 

We have ALL overcome some absolutely amazing things in our lives (both big and small) that we should feel proud of and SpunOut.ie wants to hear about it.

Simply turn on your web cam or mobile phone, record what you have to say then upload it to YouTube and email the link to ian@spunout.ie by January 11th and we'll take it from there.

This is your chance not only to share your personal achievement but also to inspire others. Don't underestimate your ability to spread your buzzzzzzz!
