Pressure seems to be mounting in Ireland to figure out what each of us is supposed to be doing with ourselves – eek! Thoughts like: ‘What am I at; what now; what’s my best bet?’ are rattling through minds and pinching nerves, not to mention messing with our sleep and feeding our stress.

Dream. Dream big. Work. Work hard. DIY. And never give up. Be that change you want to see in your life. Don’t think you can make it happen? Maybe it’s time to think again. To believe in yourself. To go for it! G’wan sure!

This month, we’re asking YOU what choices you’re thinking of making with your life via our handy and oh so dandy poll - just check out www.spunout.ie and take part!

And since it’s your choice and your life, why not own it? Why not feel confident and proud of the decisions you’re making, rather than weary and pressured into them? We’ve got helpful info to go with each choice to help you explore what options may suit you down to the ground, or which may not.

And just for kicks (hi-YA!) we’ve got a cool competition to get the Choices party started:
