Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, 24 hours dedicated to the almost 1 million people worldwide who die from suicide every year, over 500 of those lives (our parents, siblings, mates, colleagues and neighbours) lost tragically in Ireland. Please join SpunOut today in committing to helping mind ourselves and one another better. Go easy, and  remember, there is ALWAYS help out there. You are never alone.
