SpunOut Blog: Have you got a hairy bum?
100% naturally our sexy selves!
SpunOut is calling for a celebration of our bits and bobs, the lovely body parts that make us uniquely human and our beautiful bare ‘neck-ed’ selves! We spend so much time and energy trying to tame, tweak and mould ourselves into something else. How would it feel to just let it all hang out?
Do you know that feeling after a long day, when you finally tuck into a warm bed, breathe a sigh of relief ...ahhhhh... and relax, perhaps for the first time all day? At that moment we let go. We are our selves. Guards let down, thoughts quieted, we give in to just being. Feck all the pressure to be something we’re not! Let’s follow the keep it natural trend, and be 100% organically our sexy selves! A wise old granny used to say that everyone prefers the look and taste of homemade cookies much more than shop-bought ones; perfect cookies in packaging just don’t have that same enticing character!

SpunOut says hooray for our yummy:

Jolly Green Giants

The SpunOut.ie Team... fab flaws and all!
We want to know what YOU think. What bits do you love and why?

SpunOut.ie Blog: Fáilte Mór go ReachOut.com
Reachout.com launched in Ireland
Reachout.com has launched in Ireland. The website is part of an international expansion by the Australian Inspire Foundation who have been running the hugely successful Reachout.com.au for over 10 years now.
From http://ie.reachout.com/about/reach-out :
“Reach Out is a web-based service that inspires young people to help themselves through tough times, and find ways to improve their own mental health and well-being.”
SpunOut.ie knows some of the Reachout.com crew and would like to offer up a Fáilte Mór to them as they join us in empowering the youth of Ireland using the web. Ireland is going through a tough time at the moment and many people, especially the younger generation, are experiencing heavy hearts and minds. That’s why it’s important to have excellent services like SpunOut.ie and Reachout.com available to offer support, guidance, inspiration and a platform for change. It’s also important that we work together and join forces in making a difference and we look forward to working closely with Reachout.com where possible.
So please join us in welcoming Reachout.com and in celebrating another new addition to the movement for positive change in Ireland.
